您的资金安全
款项首先支付给 igitems，而非直接付给卖家——只有在交易完成并确认后，款项才会转给卖家
重要提示！

在您收到所购商品之前，切勿在订单确认中批准交付。务必在确认交付前核实已收到正确的商品或服务。交易一经确认即视为最终，不再受理退货或退款。
igitems 保障® 操作指南
如遇交付问题，请按以下步骤操作

Contact the seller to inform them that you are elevating the dispute

Click the 'Start Dispute' button (next to the 'Approve Delivery') to start the procedure formally

The funds are now frozen - if required, we will intervene to guide the situation to a resolution
4
Your payment remains with igitems (not paid out to the Seller) until we make the final decision

- 若未提供所需信息或证据不足，igitems 保障® 可能失效。
- 预期买家已尝试与卖家直接解决问题，仅在无法达成一致时最后才诉诸 igitems 保障®——但一旦出现问题，请务必尽快「发起纠纷」，以确保卖家仅在问题解决后方可获取款项
- 虚假申请（如买家在收到商品/退款后申请退单）将承担法律后果并可能导致账号被封禁
- igitems 平台外的通讯（如 Discord、WhatsApp 或私人邮件）将不被承认或采纳——进行此类联系可能导致相关各方被封禁及 igitems 保障® 失效
