How to trade Pokémon in Pokémon GO
Become Friends with the person you want to trade with.
Be within 100 meters of each other.
Open Pokémon GO → your Trainer profile → Friends.
Select the friend → tap Trade.
Choose the Pokémon you want to give.
Review what you’ll receive, including Candy and Stardust costs.
Both players confirm the trade.
Once both confirm, the trade is completed.
